Dental Growth Ops provides dental marketing services exclusively to dental practices, dental service organizations (DSOs), and related dental healthcare businesses. Services include local SEO, Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, dental website development, CRM automation using GoHighLevel, reputation management, social media management, graphic design, and video editing. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are defined in individual proposals and service agreements. These Terms govern general use of the Site and our relationship with clients; they do not replace or supersede individual service agreements.

3. Eligibility

By using this Site or engaging our services, you represent that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you have the legal authority to act on behalf of the dental practice or organization you represent; and (c) your use of the Site and our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Use of the Website

You may use this Site for lawful purposes related to evaluating or engaging our dental marketing services. You agree not to:

  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content without written permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its underlying systems

6. Client Engagements and Service Agreements

These Terms apply generally to visitors and prospective clients. Actual client engagements are governed by individual proposals, statements of work, and service agreements signed by both parties. Those documents define deliverables, timelines, performance expectations, fees, and termination conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an individual service agreement, the service agreement prevails for matters specific to that engagement.

7. Payment Terms

Specific fees, billing cycles, and payment methods are defined in individual service agreements. As a general principle: monthly retainer fees are billed in advance at the beginning of each service period; setup and onboarding fees are billed upon engagement commencement; ad spend budgets paid to platforms such as Google and Meta are separate from and in addition to our management fees, and are governed by those platforms' own payment terms. Dental Growth Ops does not hold client ad spend funds. Late payment terms and consequences are specified in individual service agreements.

8. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Our services are delivered using third-party platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GoHighLevel, Twilio, Mailgun, Healthgrades, and other dental directory or review platforms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, algorithm updates, or service interruptions by these third-party platforms. Changes to third-party platform policies that affect campaign performance, deliverability, or functionality are outside our control and do not constitute a breach of our service agreement.

9. No Guarantee of Results

Marketing results vary by practice, market, budget, competitive environment, and factors outside our control. Dental Growth Ops does not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, revenue figures, or return on investment. We commit to professional execution, transparent reporting, and optimization based on available data. Any case studies or performance figures referenced on this Site represent historical results for specific clients in specific markets and are not a guarantee of future performance.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dental Growth Ops disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall Dental Growth Ops be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Dental Growth Ops in the three months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate a client engagement in accordance with the terms specified in the individual service agreement. Dental Growth Ops reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to this Site for any visitor who violates these Terms or engages in prohibited conduct. Upon termination of a service engagement, rights and obligations accrued prior to the termination date remain enforceable.

13. Governing Law
